The Kingdoms of Elgaland & Vargaland

On May 27, 1992 At 12 noon, the state of Elgaland-Vargaland was proclaimed at the KREV Embassy, Andr~hn-Schiptjenko gallery in Stockholm, Sweden. The proclamation was shouted out by the founders, CM von Hausswolff and Leif Elggren, in four directions; east, south, west and north. it was immediatley followed by a press conference (attended by art critic Milou Allerholm and photographer Olof Thiel).
